  • Contractor’s Insurance:

  • Commercial Property Insurance:
Property Insurance is any type of commercial insurance that reimburses an insured part who has suffered a financial loss because property has been damaged or destroyed.
  • Commercial General Liability:
A Commercial General Liability policy provides insurance protection to pay for bodily injury or property damage for which the insured is legally responsible.
  • Builder’s Risk Policy:

Business Owner’s Policy is designed to cover most small and medium sized enterprises. A BOP is class rated with the premium for Property and liability coverage’s determined by the amount of property insurance purchased.
  • Commercial Auto:
Commercial Auto Insurance is to protect against injury, loss or damage to vehicles or cargo, plus damage to other property. Commercial Auto Insurance should include business-use autos, pickups, van, trucks, non-owned and rented vehicles. You may also want to include non-owned vehicles; this is applicable if employees ever use their vehicles for company purpose, also if rented vehicles will be used.

Umbrella Liability policies provide additional amount of insurance above one or more “primary” liability policies and in some cases, provide broader coverage that the primary policies
